With over 25 years of experience as a social worker, nonprofit founder, and business consultant, I've spent my career helping individuals, families, and organizations find their footing and build something sustainable.

I started PQI Advisors because I kept seeing the same problem: organizations with real purpose and good people, struggling with systems, compliance, and funding — not because they lacked commitment, but because no one had helped them build the infrastructure to match their mission.
